Isaac had a few melt downs over the next week. I found I had to get up before the kids to shower and find things for them to do in the afternoon. This also changed what he did when he went over to grandma's house every weekend. Heaven forbid that we now have to interact all day...
But the crazyest thing happened; when I was canning this last week, I asked Isaac if he wanted to pick out a DVD because I felt bad for ignoring him so much. I could not believe his response. It was, "No thanks. I think I will go outside and play." Needless to say I stood in my kitchen in shock as I watched Isaac go outside and swing. I guess TV is no longer even wanted...

Emma, thank you, I needed that extra shove. Say goodbye to the TV!
